运用平均流动模型求解混合润滑轧制变 形区入口膜厚问题时, 提出了混 合因子m, 它综合了流动因子x和接触因子c对入口膜厚的影响, 简化了轧制润滑模型。 计算和实验表明, 在流体润滑条件下, 表 面粗糙效 应对 形膜亦有一定的影响, 也即混合因子m还适用于流体润滑轧制, 且修正了未考虑 表面粗糙效应而引起的不足。

A mixed factor is developed to determine the in let film thickness when the average flow model is applied in the mixed-lubricat ion rolling process. It com bines the effects of the flow factor and the contact factor, and simplifies the lubrication model of rolling. The calculated and experimental r esults show that surface roughness affects the film thickness even in the hydrodynamic lubrication rolling. So the mixed factor is not only applied to the mixed-lubrication rolling but also in the hydrodynamic lubrication rolling.
