传统照明光源能耗大、寿命短,现有的节能三基色荧光灯存在汞污染,受发光材料限制,技术上难以得到突破,白光二极管(WLED)因为环保、节能、体积小等优点而成为照明材料研究的热点之一.比较了目前已有白光材料的优缺点,重点介绍了单基质白光量子点(QD),综述了白光QD的合成方法,分析了提高光转化性能的途径和影响因素,讨论了目前存在的技术问题和今后研究的方向.

Traditional light source has the defects of large energy consumption and short life time,therefore,it no longer meets the challenge of environmental protection. Whereas,limited by the current technology,there exists potential hazard of mercury in energy saving tri-phosphor fluorescent lamps. White light emission diode (WLED) has gained tremendous attention in the area of illumination these years due to its energy-efficiency,small volume,and green technology. Single-based white light quantum dot (WLQD) is an ideal candidate for WLED. The pros and cons of commercial available white light materials are introduced and the commercial ones with single-based WLQDs are compared. Various synthesis approaches are presented. Finally,the potential technology issues as well as the future direction of this technology are discussed.
