采用模拟大气腐蚀装置,用挂片法研究了不同表面处 理和表面状态、不同湿度对涂层失效的影响.通过对基体金属的腐蚀形貌观察,微区元素分析,并结合傅利叶变换红外光谱(FTIR),研究了金属在涂层下的腐蚀产物和涂层结构的变化.同时探讨了金属在涂层下的腐蚀和涂层失效机理.
Effect of various surface preperations before coating processes for A3 steel substrates, including abrading with different emery- papers,polishing,phosphating and nonphosphating on underfilm corrosion and degradation of the coatings were studied by means of exposure in simulated atmospheric corrosion settings.Blister-degree and rust -degree of the samples were evaluated according to the ASTM d714 and D610 specif ications respectively.The morphology of the surface after exposure was analysed by SEM and the corrosion products and structure of the coatings were studied by EDAX and FTIR.Mechanism of underfilm corrosion and degredation of the coatings was proposed.
