掺锡氧化铟纳米粉体由于其独特的性能,在电光领域得到广泛应用.概述了制备纳米级掺锡氧化铟粉末的主要方法,并阐述了不同合成方法的工艺及特点,同时指出了高品质掺锡氧化铟粉末制备的发展趋势.

Due to its unique characteristics,Sn-doped In2O3 nanoparticles has wide applications in electroluminescent devices.In this paper,the methods of preparing Sn-doped In2O3 nnoparticles are described.The various synthesis pro-cedures and the characteristics are summarized.In addition,the preparation development trends of nanometer Sn-doped In2O3 powders is presented.
