随着汽车轻量化的发展,对增强子午线轮胎钢帘线用钢丝的强度要求不断提高。目前,4 000 MPa级子午线轮胎钢帘线用钢丝已经商业化并成为强度最高的工业材料。介绍了子午线轮胎钢帘线用钢丝的极限强度强化方法、强化机理以及在拉拔变形过程中的组织演变,还介绍了其微观组织控制技术和通过二次加工改善子午线轮胎钢帘线用钢丝延性的技术。
According to the need for lightening of cars, requirement on strength of steel cord for radial tire is steadily increased. At present, 4 000 MPa level steel cord for radial tire is commercialized and becomes the strongest industrial material. The culminated strength of steel cord for radial tire, strengthening method, strengthening mechanism, structural change in drawing process, technology of microstructure control and technology for improving ductility through secondary processing are introduced.
