以甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)和丙三醇(GCR)为原料,低温下反应生成AB2型活性中间体,再升温,同时加催化剂合成超支化聚氨酯(HBPU).反应中得到的超支化聚氨酯的分子量为1.1368×104,支化度约为0.4,玻璃化转变温度为111℃.硬脂酸改性的超支化聚氨酯熔点为55.1℃,而且与线型聚氨酯(TDI-N220共聚)共混后,均在其含量为15%左右时,共混物的拉伸强度和延伸率达到最大值,分别为空白试样的3.4和3.2倍.
