以联苯四甲酸二酐(BPDA)与4,4'-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)为单体,N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)为溶剂,制备出高粘度的聚酰胺酸溶液,然后将钛酸丁酯-乙酰丙酮溶液逐滴滴加均匀分散至聚酰胺酸溶液中,将PAA在玻璃板上涂膜经过高温亚胺化处理,最后制备PI/TiO2复合薄膜.利用扫描电镜、傅里叶红外光谱对复合薄膜的化学结构进行表征;通过拉伸试验对复合薄膜的力学性能进行研究;采用热失重(TG)测试,对复合薄膜的热学性能进行表征.最终结果表明,所制备的复合薄膜中存在纳米TiO2的空间网络结构,并且纳米TiO2在薄膜中均匀分布,在TiO2含量为2%左右时,复合薄膜的综合性能最优.
