以搅拌器位置处的凝固层厚度以及磁场分布计算结果为依据确定了搅拌频率,并通过生产试验的效果确定了最佳搅拌参数。从试验结果来看,在拉速为1.0~1.1 m/min时搅拌器的最佳搅拌频率为6 Hz,拉速提高铸坯低倍上白亮带的宽度增加。优化后的搅拌参数明显改善了Q235铸坯的中心质量,降低了中心偏析级别。

Based on the solidification thickness and computed magnetic field at stirrer position in continuous casting process, the stirring frequency was chosen and the optimal parameters was determined by means of the factory test. Such result can be obtained that the best frequency is 6 Hz when casting speed is between 1.0 and 1.1 m/min; the white bright band width increases with the rising of casting speed. Q235 slab center quality was significantly improved and the center segregation level was reduced after stirring parameters optimized.
