在材料性能数据库和均匀腐蚀的基础上,利用设备适应性评估技术,研制了一套对材料高温损伤进行在役安全评定和剩余寿命估算的软件系统。该系统采用三级安全评估标准,并给出了相应标准下的具体评估说明和参数要求。实际测试表明,该软件有较高的使用价值,功能强,建立在材料劣化性能基础上的安全评估为现场工程师提供了准确而快速地处理高温损伤的工具。

Based on the database of materials degradation property and corrosion, a fitness-for-service (FFS) software system for fire damage was implemented to evaluate equipment safety and calculate the residual lifetime. The system is established on three evaluation standards, which belong to the distinct safety grade with different test parameters. The software system can automatically give the results of applicability with the input data, such as thickness, deformation, temperature, pressure, hardness and so on. The testing showed that the software can be used to make run/repair/replace decisions. The application of FFS for fire damage will ensure that damaged pressurized equipment can continue to operate safely.
