变压器油中固-液交界面沿面闪络现象会严重影响绝缘设备的耐压性能,变压器油中绝缘介质沿面闪络的研究已引起研究人员的关注。介绍了目前研究所采用的实验研究方法以及测量手段,关注纳秒脉冲条件下的闪络特性,在此基础上综述了国内外有关变压器油成分、施加电压波形、绝缘结构以及固体介电性能等因素对沿面闪络影响的研究现状,介绍了沿面闪络过程和一些实用的经验公式,最后提出了变压器油中绝缘介质沿面闪络领域亟待解决的难点问题。

The surface flashover phenomenon of solid-liquid interface in transformer oil has a serious in-fluence on the insulating performance of electrical devices. Therefore, many studies on the surface flash-over of insulation dielectric in transformer oil were paid attention to. The current experimental and mea-surement methods were introduced, and the flashover characteristic under the condition of nanosecond pulse was focused on. The research situation of the effect of component of transformer oil, voltage wave-form, insulation structure, dielectric property of solid dielectric, and etc. factors on the surface flashover was reviewed, and the surface flashover process and some empirical formulas were presented. Finally, some difficult problems that urgent to solve for surface flashover of insulation dielectric in transformer oil were proposed.
