考察了在拉拔过程中A6工业纯铝导线的微观组织演化及力学性能的变化,研究了拉拔变形量对材料微观结构及强度的影响.结果表明,A6工业纯铝的拉伸强度随着拉拔道次的增加呈现三阶段式变化.在拉拔挤压变形下晶粒沿拉拔方向明显伸长,并逐渐形成<111>丝织构.在第Ⅰ阶段晶粒内部位错密度的显著增加强化了铝导线;拉拔产生的严重塑性变形导致铝导线中织构的形成,从而引起导线在第Ⅲ阶段强度的进一步提高.纯铝导线的拉伸断口主要为韧窝型断口.结合微观结构分析,讨论了A6铝导线强度变化规律.
