以煤基抗冲聚丙烯2500 H为基体树脂,对比研究了滑石粉、爽滑剂以及复合助剂A对聚丙烯结构性能的影响。结果表明,添加爽滑剂和复合助剂A的聚丙烯样品的结晶度较高,橡胶粒子的尺寸和分布均匀性较好,因此有效提高了冲击韧性;而添加了爽滑剂和滑石粉的聚丙烯样品的拉伸屈服应力、断裂拉伸应变、弯曲模量、弯曲应力较高,因此刚性得到明显提高。综合考虑,在改善煤基抗冲聚丙烯2500 H的结构性能方面,爽滑剂是较优选择。

With coal-based impact polypropylene(PP) 2500H as basic resin,the influence of talcum,slip agent and composite agent A on the structure and properties of impact PP was comparatively investigated. The results showed that the PP samples which added with slip agent and composite agent A possessed higher degree of crystal-linity and better uniformity of rubber particles size and size distribution,ultimately that improved impact toughness. Otherwise,the PP samples which added with slip agent and talcum possessed better tensile strength,tensile strain at break,flexural modulus and flexural strength,obviously that improved stiffness. In conclusion,slip agent is better choice that can improve structure and properties of coal-based impact PP 2500 H.
