聚丙烯腈是炭纤维的重要原材料。高质量的聚丙烯腈才有可能生产出高质量的原丝,而高质量的原丝是保证高质量炭纤维的必在条件。聚丙烯腈的分子量及其分布、等规度、共聚结构单元的比例及分布上的缺陷直接影响着聚丙烯腈的质量,进而影响原丝及其炭纤维的性能。从调整聚丙烯腈分子量及分布、等规度、共聚结构单元的比例及分布入手,论述了提高聚丙烯腈基炭纤维性能及收率的措施及方法。
Polyacrylonitrile(PAN) is an important material for carbon fibers.High quality precursor may be produced using high quality PAN and is necessary condition for preparing carbon fibers.Precursor and its carbon fiber properties were influenced by PAN microstructure(such as molecular weight and distribution,tacticity,comonomer unit ratio and distribution along molecular chain) while PAN microstructure influenced the quality of PAN.The latent defect in molecular chain microstructure of PAN influences the properties of PAN precursor and it′s carbon fiber.The measures and methods for enhancing performance of polyacryonitrile-based carbon were discussed from the adjustment of the molecular chain microstructure of polyacrylonitrile.
