连铸保护渣玻璃质渣膜回温脱玻化过程对实际渣膜的热阻有重要影响,本文对中碳钢板坯连铸常规拉速保护渣和优化的高拉速保护渣制备玻璃质渣膜并在不同温度下进行了退火处理试验,结果表明:经过处理的玻璃质渣膜发生了脱玻化现象,析出晶体相主要为枪晶石;随着处理温度的提高,渣膜结晶度增加;高结晶温度的保护渣具有较强的脱玻化能力,且脱玻化温度较低;具有较高结晶温度的保护渣更易形成热阻较大的渣膜,有利于中碳钢板坯高速连铸时减缓结晶器传热。

The crystallization from glassy flux film for mold power in annealing has an important influence of thermal resistance of mold flux film. In this paper, glassy flux films for conventional mold power and optimized high-speed mold power for middle carbon steel slab casting were made and annealed in different temperature.The test results show that:the devitrified phenomenon concured for the glassy flux film in annealing and the main crystal phase is Cuspidine(3CaO?SiO2旵aF2);The degree of crystallization increases as treated temperature raises; The powder for higher crystallization temperature has stronger crystallization capability in annealing and lower devitrified temperature;the flux film formed from the mold powder with higher crystallization temperature has higher thermal resistance,that is in favor of reducing heat flux in mold as high-speed casting for medium carbon steel slab.
