用共焦激光扫描显微镜原位观察了TA2工业纯钛在20℃·min<'-1>冷速下的β→α相变过程.结果表明:β→α相变分为晶界α相的形核长大和魏氏体α相的形核长大两个阶段;晶界α相由在β相晶界处的多个α晶核长大连接而成,且至少与相邻β晶粒中的一个保持取向关系;魏氏体α相在晶界α相上形核并长大,以层片状集柬形式向β相内生长,其伸长速度远大于增厚速度.
