集热器是槽式太阳能热发电系统吸收传输高热流密度太阳辐射能的核心部件.针对传统测定方法的不足,本文提出了一种测定槽式太阳能集热器热性能的直接电流加热DCH法.该法根据金属导体的焦耳效应,将吸热器金属管作为负载电阻,借助大电流电源对吸热器通电加热,集热器达到热平衡后流过吸热器的电流和被测段两端电压的乘积为集热器在该吸热器与环境温差下的热损失.基于DCH法的实验系统结构简单、制造成本低、操作方便,比传统方法的测量速度提高了5倍以上.实验结果与文献对比表明该测量的实验数据不确定度低,热损失曲线质量较好,实验结果精度高,显示了DCH法的可行性和可靠性.
