通过对中厚板表面缺陷的调查、分析，采取了稳定结晶器水质、扇形段控制精度、铸坯角部温度、轧制展宽量、加热温度、清洁精整等控制措施后，表面改判率得到了明显控制。
By means of the investigation and analysis on the surface defect of medium plate, regulatory measures were taken on the stable mould water, segment control accuracy, slab corner temperature, transverse rolling, heating temperature and cleaning scarfing, etc. The ratio of judgement-changing has been controlled evidently.
