Ultrasonic has been used for measuring the sample with different ratio of stretching from the perpendicular direction of the stretching, and the velocity of ultrasonic was received.Dichroic ratio was given by microscopic infrared spectrum. Velocity of ultrasonic marked by the dichroic ratio,as follow the relationship between velocity of ultrasonic and dichroic ratio was founded. The result shows the increase of the stretching ratio reduces velocity of ultrasonic, and the dichroic ratio gradually ascends. Finally the possibility of measuring the orientation of the pipe by ultrasonic in-line could be realized.
