由于2205双相不锈钢的凝固特性和铝脱氧工艺,使得连铸过程中存在水口堵塞、板坯表面凹陷和等轴晶率低等问题.针对上述情况对该钢种凝固特点进行了研究,解决了2205钢种浇铸过程中的工艺问题,提高了板坯的质量.
