采用电化学方法、扫描电镜、电子探针等技术,研究了室温下新型Co-Al-W合金在不同pH值NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为.结果表明,在不同pH值的NaCl的溶液中,不同成分合金均会遭受严重的点腐蚀,点蚀多发生在晶界处.点蚀发生是由于Cl-从溶液中迁移至蚀孔所致.钨含量的增加可以提高合金的耐点腐蚀能力,Co-81.8Al-9.8W的耐点腐蚀能力最好.在中性NaCl溶液中,相对于钴基Stellite 6合金,新型Co-Al-W合金的耐腐蚀能力较弱.
