通过共滴定法制备羟基磷灰石(HAP)/魔芋葡甘聚糖(KGM)复合材料,用XRD、FT-IR、SEM、TEM等方法对材料进行了表征,研究了复合材料的组成以及HAP和KGM的相互作用方式.结果表明复合材料中KGM和HAP的质量比随着反应体系pH值的升高而下降;HAP/KGM复合材料间有物理力和化学力两种相互作用方式,物理力的作用方式通过KGM网络吸附HAP粒子而发生,化学力的作用方式通过KGM分子链上的羰基和HAP晶体中的Ca2+的螫合作用而发生.其中物理力是主要的作用方式,而化学力只有微弱贡献,并且这种化学力的相互作用随着KGM脱乙酰度的增加而逐渐消失.
