研究了采用1k101非晶带材制作的非晶配电变压器铁芯在不同热处理工艺条件下的性能变化,以期找到较优化的铁芯热处理工艺制度。通过改变铁芯热处理的保温温度和保温时间,得到不同性能的铁芯,得出了较优化的热处理工艺条件为保温温度370~375℃,保温时间60~90min。进一步研究可知,在优化的热处理工艺条件下,较高的环境湿度使铁芯带材表面氧含量高,对应铁芯的损耗也大。初步分析认为是水蒸气诱导氧化增强致使铁芯损耗增大。
The properties of amorphous cores fabricated using 1k101 amorphous ribbons for distribution transformers were investigated with different annealing conditions. The primary goal aimed at finding the optimized annealing conditions. The properties of amorphous core were analyzed with varying annealing temperature and time. The result shows that the preferred annealing temperature range is 370-375℃, and the annealing time should be within 60-90min. Further investigations indicate that even under optimize annealing conditions, high ambient humidity would induce higher oxygen content on the amorphous core surface which leads to higher core loss. It is estimated that the existence of vapor would intensify the surface oxidation of the amorphous ribbons, thus worsen the final amorphous core properties.
