根据冷连轧机组板形控制系统对热轧来料断面形状的检测要求,按照准确可靠、经济、简约的原则,与断面仪制造厂家共同设计了同时具有平直度检测功能的新型带钢断面形状检测仪,并开发了带钢断面形状曲线拟合处理以及断面特征参数识别计算方法。利用实测的带钢平直度信息对检测的断面形状数据进行厚度修正。实际应用结果表明,利用该带钢断面形状检测仪可以获取高精度的带钢断面形状参数,能够为冷轧机板形控制系统提供实时、准确、可靠的带钢横断面形状信息。
According to the requirements of cold rolling mill shape control system, and following the accurate, reli- able and economic rule, a novel strip transversal thickness deviation detector with flatness measuring function was designed with the instrumentation manufacturer. The corresponding methods were developed for measuring data processing, curve fitting of strip cross-section shape and characteristic parameters identification. The detected thickness data were corrected according to the measured strip flatness information. The practical results show that real-time, high-precision data of incoming hot roiled strip transversal thickness deviation could be obtained for the shape control :system of tandem cold rolling mill.
