以聚碳酸酯(PC)膜为模板,结合溶胶凝胶法制备了直径为200nm的非晶态氧化钼纳米棒阵列;390℃热处理1h后转变为晶型良好且高度有序的MoO3·2H2O纳米棒阵列.利用XRD、TG-DSC、SEM和HRTEM测试手段分析产物的形貌与结构,同时发现该阵列具有较好的场发射性能.
