铋的蒸气压小,熔点低,用直接蒸发冷凝的方法制备铋粉体较困难.采用先将铋蒸发氧化制备氧化铋纳米粉体,然后在低于铋的熔点下,用氢气还原的方法制备了超细铋粉体.XRD与SEM分析结果表明:氧化铋为β-Bi2O3,平均粒径为37nm;用氢气还原所得粉体为纯铋,平均粒径为222.1 nm.
