针对双机架6辊UCM平整机组板形控制参数的设定中容易出现2个机架6个部分板形控制手段作用相互抵消、不但削弱对板形的控制效果而且有可能带来新的附加局部浪形的问题,经过大量的现场试验与理论研究,以发挥出机组所有板形控制手段的潜力为前提,在首次提出一个板形与辊耗综合控制目标函数的基础上,以成品机架出口带材前张力与辊间压力横向分布都均匀为目标,同时兼顾到板形与辊耗问题,建立了一套适合双机架6辊UCM平整机组的板形综合控制数学模型,开发出了相应的工程上实用的模型计算策略,从而实现了利用模型对板形参数的适时、在线设定,并将其应用生产实践,取得了良好的使用效果,具有进一步推广应用的价值。
