通过4-(2,3-环氧丙氧基)二苯甲酮(EBP)与N-甲基乙醇胺的加成反应,成功制备了含共引发剂胺的二苯甲酮光引发剂4-[2-羟基-3-(2-羟乙基-2-甲基)氨基]丙氧基二苯甲酮(APBP).以EBP的水解制备了4-(2,3-二羟基)丙氧基二苯甲酮(HPBP),作为研究APBP光物理化学性能的模型化合物.通过红外光谱、元素分析和核磁共振氢谱证实了APBP和HPBP的分子结构;用紫外吸收光谱研究了APBP的紫外吸收效应;用光致差示扫描量热计研究了3种光引发剂体系二苯甲酮(BP)/N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)、HPBP/MDEA和APBP引发1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯(HDDA)的光聚合反应.结果表明,APBP引发HDDA光聚合的效率最高,且无需额外添加共引发剂胺.
