采用水解缩合反应,首先成功制备出聚硼硅氧烷.通过红外等方法表征结构,采用熔体流变、动态力学谱仪等测试方法研究了不同硼含量对聚硼硅氧烷粘弹性能的影响.具有空轨道的硼原子充当聚硅氧烷中氧原子上的未共享电子对的接受体,分子间形成非键络合,引起物理交联.结果表明,在较高的温度或较强烈的剪切作用下,链段运动加剧,硼原子与氧原子上孤对电子形成的键合作用减弱,从而出现了较低的弹性模量值;相反低温或较小剪切作用下,尽管链段运动加剧,但物理交联结构的组成元素依然在原始位置附近,有较少的机会形成新的络合作用,从而弹性模量表现为一个平台区.因而温度在一定范围内可作为调节聚硼硅氧烷交联结构的一种有效手段,扩展其在更多领域的应用.
