山西新临钢钢铁有限公司在浇注含铌微合金化钢中出现角部横向裂纹，成为连铸亟待解决的问题。专家研究表明关键要系统地测量研究铸坯表面温度。临钢在Q460C钢生产过程中将铸坯表面裂纹提到1020℃以上，有效地控制了铸坯角部裂纹的出现。
Abstract： Transverse corner cracks on slabs of Nb microssloyed steel has been a serious problem in the continuous casting of SanXi XinLinGang Iron & Steel Co., Ltd, Surface temperature of the continuous casting slabs was systematically measured in the study with the device developed by the author. Surface temperature of the continuous casting slabs at LinGang Steel should be raised to higher than 1020℃ to effectively avoided the occurrence of the transverse corner of the slab in Q460C steel.
