利用碳纳米管-纳米管状聚苯胺复合材料,进行化学无电金属镀层.经过采用Ni、Cu和Ni-Cu复合镀层工艺试验对比,形成了纳米金属镀层复合物.通过SEM观察发现纳米结构的金属颗粒在聚苯胺分子的表面形成了均匀分布和稳定的结合,利用TG、XRD等一系列实验分析表明镀层材料具有良好的金属-纳米管状聚苯胺晶体共轭结构.通过压片法,利用波导管进行抗电磁波性能分析,电磁波的屏蔽效应达到了40dB,证明该材料在电磁屏蔽及相关电子、传感器等技术应用中,将具有良好的应用前景.
