介绍了高碳钢盘条的显微组织及其常见的与热轧工艺、冷拉拔工艺等生产过程相关的组织缺陷。分析了这些组织缺陷产生的原因以及它们对盘条生产、后续拉拔的危害，为高碳钢盘条的生产及产品质量分析提供参考。
The microstructure and defects related with hotrolling and cold drawing of high carbon steel rod were introduced in this paper. The origin of defects and its harmful to wire drawing wire rod also were analyzed. The reference for producing and analyzing quality of high carbon steel rod are provided.
