为了研究温度对Ce-Mn转化膜微观组织结构与性能的影响,应用正交实验研究了3 min成膜时温度、pH值和转化处理液配方对转化膜性能的影响,采用电化学测试技术与材料分析方法测试了温度对转化膜形成、物相、形貌及耐蚀性能的影响.结果表明,获得温度35℃、pH 2.0、Ce(NO3)37 g/L、KMnO40.5 g/L和NaF0.06 g/L的较佳成膜工艺,温度是最重要的影响因素.在25~ 40℃范围内,随温度升高,转化膜腐蚀电位、膜层电阻,表面耐蚀性、膜层硬度和厚度均出现先升高后降低,在35℃附近出现极大值,转化膜表面致密性和均匀性较好,主要由Ce、Mn和Al组成.综合考虑转化膜的组织和性能,在本研究范围内,成膜适宜温度为35 ℃℃.
