采用固相法制备了(Ba0.85 Ca0.15)(Ti1-xZrx)O3 (BCTZ)无铅压电陶瓷,研究Zr含量(x=0~0.15)对BCTZ陶瓷微观结构和电性能的影响.结果表明:所有样品均具有纯的钙钛矿结构;随Zr含量的增加,室温下样品逐渐由四方相向三方相转变,在0.05 <x<0.1范围内两相共存;样品的压电常数d33、平面机电耦合系数kp、剩余极化强度Pr和相对介电常数εr均随Zr含量的增加呈现先增加后减小的趋势,而矫顽场Ec则逐渐降低.样品的综合性能在x=0.08处达到最佳值:d33 =461 pC/N,kp=50.7%,Pr=14.1μC/cm2,Ec=4.1 kV/cm,εr=3696,表明该材料具有良好的应用前景.
