采用自制大气腐蚀模拟试验装置模拟输电杆塔用镀锌钢的服役环境,采用动电位极化测试技术研究沉积不同浓度NaC1和NaHSO3的镀锌钢在干湿交替作用下的腐蚀行为,利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪研究干湿交替作用下镀锌钢的表面形貌以及腐蚀产物的特征.结果表明,NaC1及NaC1和NaHSO,共存均会对镀锌钢造成腐蚀.随着镀锌钢样品表面沉积腐蚀介质浓度的增大,腐蚀电流密度逐渐增大.随着暴露时间的增加,镀锌钢的腐蚀速率先升高后降低,同时NaC1和NaHSO3混合介质对镀锌钢的腐蚀要比单独NaC1存在时严重.
