应用MM-200型磨损试验机对浸硫氮化后11Cr17马氏体不锈钢进行了耐磨性能试验,用三维超景深显微镜测量计算磨痕面积并观察表面磨痕形貌;通过渗层的显微组织、硬度梯度、EDS谱及XRD谱分析其耐磨性能提高的机理。结果表明:11Cr17钢浸硫氮化后能获得优异的耐磨性能,在干摩擦条件下比M2高速钢的优异,主要是由于表面高硬度的化合物层及FeS的固体润滑作用,油润滑下两者性能相当;11Cr17钢浸硫氮化后的抗咬合性能出色,能有效延缓发生严重磨损的时间。

Wear resistance of sulphonitr0carburized martensite stainless steel llCrl7 was tested on MM-200 wear tester. Wear area was measured and wear morphology was observed by microscopy with three dimensional ultra depth of field. The mechanism of increasing wear resistance of sulphonitrocarburized 11Cr17 steel was analyzed by microstructure, hardness gradient, EDS spectrum and XRD pattern. The results show that the llCr17 steel after sulphonitrocarburizing had more excellent wear resistance than high speed steel M2 under dry friction condition, because the former had a compound layer with high hardness and solid-lubricated FeS. The wear resistance of 11Cr17 steel after sulphonitrocarburizing and high speed steel M2 under oil lubrication conditions was not differen obviously. The anti-seizure property of sulphonitroearburized 11Cr17 steel was also excellent, which could effectively delay the time of bad wear:
