综述了等离子堆焊技术的原理、应用及最新研究状况,包括等离子沉积制造技术(plasma deposition manufacturing,PDM)、等离子激光复合堆焊技术(laser plasma hybrid surfacing,LPHS)等.概述了等离子沉积制造的技术特点,展示了运用PDM和LPHS技术直接成型高温合金GH163零件的一些研究结果.
