主要针对5 000m3级别大型高炉的高风温热风炉技术进行技术比较分析,选择5 000m3级别大型高炉的设计实例,在风温、风量、燃烧介质等热风炉设计参数相同的同口径条件下,对Didier外然式热风炉和顶燃式热风炉进行本体表面积和表面散热比较,同时通过数值模拟分析,比较这2种热风炉的高温烟气速度分布、高温烟气流场分布、格子砖顶面温度分布,为大型高炉热风炉形式的合理选择提供建设性建议。通过比较分析,顶燃式热风炉的本体结构技术、流场热传输技术较其他形式热风炉具有明显优点,顶燃式热风炉技术是目前高风温热风炉技术发展的趋势,对于大型高炉采用顶燃式热风炉技术可以取得可观经济效益。

Technologies of hot blast stove for 5 000m3 grade blast furnace were compared and analyzed. Taking an example of 5000m3 grade blast furnace, the body surface area and surface area heat dissipation of Didier external- combustion stove and top- combustion stove were compared under the same conditions of such design parameters as the blast temperature, blast volume, combustion medium etc. Through simulation analysis, the high temperature flue gas velocity distribution, high temperature gas flow field distribution and checker brick top surface temperature distribution for Didier external-combustion stove and top- combustion stove were also compared to provide construc- tive suggestions for reasonable selection of hot blast stove technology. Because of obvious advantages in the body structure technology and the flow field heat transferring technology over other types of hot blast stove, top-combus- tion stove was the development trend of the high temperature hot blast stove technology. The application of top- combustion stove on large scale capacity blast furnace can achieve significant economic benefits.
