将改性纳米SiO2与聚丙烯酸酯乳液经过球磨,流涎或涂刷制膜可得到抗静电复合膜.TEM照片显示:改性纳米SiO2为球形,粒径20nm,以几个颗粒的聚集体为独立基团均匀分散,团聚体在尺寸<100nm.改性纳米SiO2/聚丙烯酸酯复合膜制备与性能研究表明:当纳米SiO2与聚丙烯酸酯树脂质量分数22%时,复合膜的表面电阻率可达到108Ω/cm,复合膜为半透明膜;复合膜表面具有一定的亲水性,烘干后,放在20~30℃、湿度60%~80%的空气中2~4h后,复合膜表面电阻率降低到106Ω/cm.

The complex membranes with antistatic property made by SiO2 wrapped nanopowder and polyacrylate emulsifier solution through coating. TEM photos showed that SiO2 wrapped are balls and the even dispersion in the units with several particles that the average diameters of SiO2 wrapped are 20nm,the sizes of units are smaller than 100nm. The results by the preparation of the complex membrane with antistatic property were that the surface resistance rate of the complex membrane was 108Ω/cm when SiO2 wrapped nanopowder weight percent was 22% and the complex membrane with antistatic property was half transparent membrane. The surface of the complex membrane with antistatic property had a certain of hydrophilic property and its surface resistance rate was 106Ω/cm after drying under 20~30℃ and 60%~80% air humidity after 2~4h.
