在高分子超滤膜污染机理分析的基础上,结合连续性方程,建立了基于Darcy定律、对流扩散方程以及吸附动态方程的污染过程数学模型;通过有限元模拟,得到了膜厚度方向渗透通量的时间演变特点,并揭示了溶液性质以及膜物性参数对膜渗透通量的影响规律;进而分析了膜渗透通量减小的原因,可以为生产实践提供参考。

On the basis of the polymeric ultrafiltration membrane fouling mechanism and the continuity equation,the mathematical model of the membrane fouling process was constructed according to the Darcy's law,convection-diffusion equation and dynamic adsorption equation.The evolution characteristics of the flow flux and the relationship between the permeability and the flow flux along the membrane thickness direction were obtained by means of the finite element simulation.And then the influence of the feeding solution properties such as bulk solution concentration and particle size,and the effect of the ultrafiltration membrane properties including adsorption and desorption constants on the flow flux were revealed.The reasons why the flow flux declined with the time increasing were analyzed,which would be helpful for the ultrafiltration process design in practice.
