在物理相容性分析中,采用△α<0时增强相极限体积含量的计算方法,确定出添加相的最大体积含量Vmax;在化学相容性分析中,应用热力学原理计算分析了Al2O3/ZrB2/ZrO2复合材料体系中各组分间化学反应的可能性.结果表明:在1700℃范围内,添加相ZrB2/ZrO2的最大体积含量Vmax为73.1%,而且不可能发生其他的化学反应.通过Al2O3/ZrB2/ZrO2复合材料的热压烧结制备进行了实验验证.
