应用数值传热学基本理论,分析了小方坯连铸机在结晶器和二次冷却区凝固传热的特点,并结合现场实际,使用Delphi开发工具编制了小方坯连铸机凝固传热软件.通过实际生产数据对软件进行校正,对铸坯进行了数值模拟计算,结果表明:当浇铸断面为165 mm×165mm的铸坯时,拉速每增加0.1 m/min时,结晶器末端坯壳厚度减少0.5~0.8 mm,切割枪处表面中心温度升高12℃.
