通过 X70钢在氯化钠污染土中的室内埋片试验,基于统计原理,研究了不同阶段下不同含量氯化钠污染土参数和钢的腐蚀参数。结果表明,氯化钠对土的电阻率影响较大,氯化钠污染土的电阻率小于污染土样,随着氯化钠含量的增大,电阻率呈减小趋势;钢的腐蚀速率随着氯化钠含量的增加而增加,随着时间的增长而降低;获得了钢在氯化钠污染土中的腐蚀动力方程参数,提出了污染土对钢的腐蚀影响系数;建立了以电阻率和饱和度为自变量,腐蚀速率为因变量的多元线性回归方程。

In order to study the correlativity between steel corrosion rate and main parameters of sodium chloride contaminated soil,a series of indoor tests were conducted in polluted soils with different contents of sodium chloride and the X70 steel samples were buried in those soils.Based on the statistical analysis parameters of the polluted soils, the soil resistivity value decreased with the increase of sodium chloride content,and value of polluted soil was smaller than that of un-polluted soil.The steel corrosion rate increased with the increased of the content of sodium chloride, while decreased with time.At the same time,the parameters of corrosive dynamic equation were calculated and a corrosion coefficient of steel in sodium chloride contaminated soil was put forward.At last,based on the correlativity between steel corrosion rate and main parameters of sodium chloride polluted soil,a multiple regression equation about corrosive rate was established,which had two independent variables,resistivity and saturation.
