为研究倾角和复合靶板各层厚度变化对陶瓷橡胶复合靶板防护性能的影响,通过优化对比网格划分疏密程度,获得与实验较接近的仿真结果,在此基础上,对倾角或复合各层靶板厚度不同时聚能射流侵彻陶瓷复合靶板的过程进行数值模拟仿真研究。结果表明:随着倾角的增大,陶瓷橡胶复合靶板对聚能射流的扰偏作用越明显,射流剩余速度越低,偏转角越大,复合靶板的防护性能越强;当复合靶板各层厚在3~5 mm内变化时,利用正交试验的方法得到面板厚为5 mm、夹层厚为3 mm和背板厚为5 mm,复合靶板的防护性能相对较强。

In order to study the influence of the inclination angle and each layer thickness of the composite target on the protective properties of ceramic rubber composite plate,the simulation results similar to experimental results were obtained by optimizing and comparing mesh density,and on this basis,the process of shaped charge jet penetrating the ceramic rubber composite plate under different inclination angles and different thicknesses of each layer was simulated. The result shows that ceramic composite target deflects jets more significantly,the residual velocity of jet is lower and deflection angle of jet is greater.The protective performance is higher with the inclination angle increasing. Moreover,when the thickness of the layers varies from 3 mm to 5 mm,the composite target with the thickness of panel,sandwich and backplane of 5 mm,3 mm and 5 mm has the higher protective performance than other orthogonal programs.
