微合金元素硼已广泛应用于硅钢、软钢等钢中,而硼对其作用的机理是与钢中AlN和BN的竞相析出紧密相关的。根据AlN和BN在钢中的固溶度积公式推导了钢中AlN和BN的析出量与温度之间的关系,分析和讨论了典型加硼低碳铝镇静钢中AlN、BN的竞相析出关系,研究结果表明即使加入极微量的微合金元素硼(0001%),钢中BN的开始析出温度即可高于AlN,从而表现为BN优先析出,部分抑制AlN的析出。
Microalloying element boron has been widely applicated in silicon steel and mild steel, and the relationship between AlN and BN precipitation has the mainly effect on the property of such steels. Based on solubility product of AlN and BN in lowC Alkilled steel, the relationship between amount of AlN and BN precipitation and temperature in steel is deduced. Additionally, the competition of AlN precipitation with BN precipitation in typical Alkilled steel is analyzed and discussed. The research results showed that when more than 0001% B was added to the lowC Alkilled steel, the BN precipitation will be prior to AlN precipitation, and partly restrain the AlN precipitation.
