以《冶金流程工程学》为指导,描述了新一代钢铁流程工序能力匹配、布局衔接紧密、物流短捷顺畅、运行动态有序、能源高效利用、资源充分利用的特征。结合首钢京唐钢铁厂建设与运行实践,围绕新一代钢铁流程“产品制造、能源转换、消纳社会废弃物”3大功能,对流程采用的单元技术、界面技术和系统集成运行情况进行了系统介绍。通过翔实的数据证明:首钢京唐钢铁厂新一代钢铁流程采用的单元技术成熟先进,界面技术高效可靠;全流程高效率、低成本、低能耗、绿色环保地生产高品质钢材的优势凸现。最后探索性提出了流程进一步完善优化的方向。

According to the ?Metallurgical Process Engineering?, it was described that the new steel production process feature about Process Capability matching, compact plant layout, smooth material flow, dynamic orderly running, high-ef-ficiency energy sources utilizing and resources recycling. Referring to the plant construction and operation practice, center-ing on the new process three functions of product manufacturing, energy conversion and society waste treatment, this pre-sentation introduced related cell technologies, interface technologies and the running results. By the full and accurate data the article showed the evidence, for Caofeidian new steel production process ,that the cell technology run well, the inter-face technology are Efficient and reliable and further more the integration advantage of the total process are beginning to appear. By the end of this paper, author explored the emphasis optimization aspects of the new process.
