采用座滴法研究Nd2O3-LiF-NdF3熔盐在TiB2/TiC复相陶瓷表面的润湿行为.研究表明,NdF3-LiF-Nd2O3熔体在TiB2/TiC复相陶瓷表面的润湿过程呈现物理和化学双重润湿特征,即在润湿初期(0~8min)接触角下降显著,11min后接触角随时间延长缓慢下降,直至三相平衡,平衡时的接触角为14.8°;润湿界面XRD分析表明,TiB2/TiC复相陶瓷与Nd2O3-LiF-NdF3熔体高温下不发生化学反应,TiB2的高温氧化是导致界面发生化学润湿及产生不连续相的主要原因.
