以硅烷偶联剂KH560改性的纳米凹凸棒土作为纳米无机填料,用悬浮共聚法制备了多孔亲水性的聚乙烯醇缩甲醛/纳米凹凸棒土复合材料。考察了纳米凹凸棒土的用量与复合材料物理性能及孔结构的关系。将其做为微生物固定化载体用于污水处理,对比普通活性污泥法,考察了该材料的微生物固定化载体效果。研究表明,当纳米凹凸棒土填充量为6 g/100 g时,复合材料的表观密度为76.8 kg/m3,吸水率14.92 g/g,孔隙率为96.5%。该载体对污水的CODCr和NH3-N的平均去除率均比普通活性污泥反应器分别高出20%和11%,具有较好的微生物固定化效果。

A porous and hydrophilic nanocomposites of poly (vinyl formal) (PVFM)/ nan0-attapulgite were prepared by suspension copolymerization, in which inorganic fillers were nano-attapulgite modified by silane coupling agent KH560. The effects of nano-attapulgite' s contents on the physical property and pore structure of the nanocomposites were studied. Then this nanocomposites were used as microorganism immobilization carrier to treat wastewater in comparision with conventional activated sludge process. The study shows that when the cintent of nano-attapulgite is 6g/100g, the nanocomposites' apparent density drops to 76.8 kg/m3, water absorption rate significantly improves to 14.92 g/g, and porosity is 96.5%. PVFM/nano-attapulgite has excellent microorganism immobilization capability. PVFM/attapulgite shows 20 % and 11% increase in the average rate of CODcr and NH3-N to compared to conventional activated sludge.
