采用动态机械分析仪(DMA)、透射电镜(TEM)和示差扫描量热分析仪(DSc)等手段,系统地研究了时效处理对TiNi合金阻尼行为的影响规律及其微观机制.结果表明,第二相粒子对合金阻尼行为具有不同的影响.细小、弥散的Ti3Ni4相提高了TiNi合金相变过程中马氏体的阻尼值,粗片状的Ti3Ni4相对阻尼行为的影响较小.
