以自制的磺酸型聚酯二元醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯为主要原料,经丙酮法制得了稳定的磺酸型聚氨酯分散体.用红外光谱、凝胶渗透色谱、差示扫描量热仪、透射电镜及粒径分析仪等研究了磺酸型聚酯二元醇相对分子质量对水性聚氨酯分散体粒径及性能的影响.结果表明,随磺酸型聚酯二元醇相对分子质量的增加,所得聚氨酯分散体的粒径和相对分子质量逐渐减小,分子链的结晶性能增加,但成膜性降低.对亲水性较强的丙烯酸酯单体,粒径较大的磺酸型聚氨酯分散体增容丙烯酸酯的能力越强,越容易生成以聚氨酯为壳、聚丙烯酸酯为核的聚氨酯/丙烯酸酯核壳乳液.
