分别从理论计算和实验研究两个方面对氟盐法制备Al-Ti-B中间合金过程中K2TiF6和KBF4的添加顺序对合金组织的影响进行讨论.结果表明:不同的加料顺序对Al-Ti-B中间合金的物相组成、TiAl3颗粒尺寸、洁净度等影响很大;在保证高细化效果和洁净度的情况下,使用混合添加K2TiF6和KBF4制备Al-Ti-B中间合金的工艺最佳.该研究结果为工业上选取合适的原料添加顺序制备Al-Ti-B中间合金提供了参考.
